Mmmm orange chicken sounds yummy!

We’re having white rice (i’m adding laver seaweed to it) and marinated asian salmon and some trader joes veggies. It’s an easy night for us, too

I am really craving a sandwich. We had tacos last night, which were amazing, but I want a sandwich, chips and a coke! I know, healthy, right? Lol!

I think we are going to have pancakes. I have been too busy today to cook anything else.

I’m making braised tofu in a red curry sauce with red bell peppers, sugar snap peas and asparagus with some brown rice. The Guy is having the same thing, only I have to add shrimp to his, as he doesn’t consider a meal without any meat in it a real meal!

@hergreenapples sounds super yummy. My FI is a little more fixable and will actually eat all the non-meat stuff I make.

Tonight we are having wong-tongs over rice noodles with some veggies and mucho soy sauce. YUM!

I have really good cookware, so mine never stick. I also mix the pancake mix in a giant measuring cup and just pour out each pancake. If you are having trouble with sticking, just put a dab of oil in the pan.

Ugh, we’re bad…ordering pizza.  He was supposed to be golfing tonight for a work event, so I didn’t plan dinner.  He doesn’t cook & I didn’t feel like thinking about it.
