We're headed out soon to the Greek festival, so SO will probably have a gyro, and for me, spanikopita! Yay, I love Greek Fest!
But we have leftover (from last night), linguine with white clam sauce that SO made. I'm sure we'll eat that, late night, when we get home!
Trader Joes frozen enchiladas, just got home from Atlantic City and can't even think about cooking!
I'm out in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania for a week of training and just had the best tuna salad. :)
We had Chinese takeout: Hunan chicken, Mongolian beef, and sweet & sour pork. Didn't want to cook, too busy watching football.
I have a vegetarian paella simmering on the stove as we speak! Just waiting for my fiance to get home from his pottery class. I'm starved!!!
Tonight I'm making marinated chicken... probably going to have baked potatoes & corn with it.
BTW I hate cooking!! I wish I liked it.
