Have our tasting yesterday we have narrowed it down to the three choices for our entree. The problem is, we need to pick two. My fiance and I like the chicken and the pork best but we worried that offering two white meats and not a red meat is poor etiquete. What are your thoughts? We cannot choose a different beef option without having an upcharge, also, we don’t like any seafood 🙂

As long as there is one relatively universal dish people can eat, you can choose what you want for the other option. I think chicken and pork is just fine.

While I would eat a chicken or pork dish I would much prefer beef!!
