Not sure but tonight I’m making spaghetti squash tossed with butter, garlic, basil, and parmesan cheese. I put a little bit of pasta sauce on top. I made it a few nights ago now I can’t stop eating it.

@arielmerms:  I made a whole chicken in the crock pot over night. We’re having chicken and wild rice soup tonight. We’ll use up the rest of the chicken sometime this week in chicken caesar salads. We’ll also be having tacos and pork chops.

Tuesday; pork tenderloin with blackberry wine sauce and mushrooms with rice

Wednesday; margarita chicken casadilla

Friday; deep dish pizza

@arielmerms:  It’s the best recipe for chicken tikka masala! Better than all the restaurants I’ve tried in the US and UK. I double the amount of sauce, cut out the black pepper, salt, and jalapeno. It’s also delicious with coconut milk instead of heavy cream.

@arielmerms:  I’ll report back to let you know whether they are worth making, as both recipes are new to me. I think the tamale bowls look pretty amazing, though!
