Mmm, we ate a few hours ago (East coast) but I ate leftover from last night - white chicken chili! FI ate a salad I made him (he is insisting he wants to "lose 10 lbs" before the wedding)
Small salad, ground sirloin patty (homemade) before spin class.
Oh and i just pounded half a dark chocolate bar.....now i'm sipping some honey tea and reading my human factors textbook. Yucky. And by "reading" i mean "weddingbee"
A very yummy red wine beef stew I made when I got home from work!
We made a salad with shrimp and my homemade raspberry poppyseed dressing.
We had a seared flank steak over arugula with sauteed tomatoes and garlic. And now, we're going to bed. Well, my fiance is, at least, after falling asleep on the couch an hour ago. Poor sweetie - due to a work deadline, he hasn't had a day off in twenty-five days :(
Good thing I'm full, otherwise you guys would be making me hungry!
OMG! I'm totally obsessed with this place officially!!! I had a southwestern marinated chicken peppers and mushroom mix over a spicy rice topped with salsa and zesty ranch sauce. Fabulous! Then I had a couple glasses of wine due to a long day at work! Watching some "How I Met Your Mother" and weddingbee-ing before bed 
@ redherring - ugh! 25 days of work? What does he do? I get cranky if I work 6 days in a row!
Tonight, DH made French onion soup, and we prepped tomorrow's dinner... pot roast!
@jocelyn - no need to blush....cheeseburgers are always yummers!
I had a wrap I made with a veggie burger, cheese and some grilled veggies that were leftover from dinner earlier in the week. Not too exciting, but it was in the house and easy to make! :)
@redherring: Is your FI a lawyer? That sounds like me and my FI's schedule sometimes. It's no fun!
