Bees Bees Bees!
Need your help. What kind of salad did you serve at your wedding and what type of ingredients? Our families are filled with foodies and I’m starting to panic.
Did you do mixed greens? dried fruit? vegetables???

We are serving an heirloom tomato, red onion. fresh mozzarella, and basil salad drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Another option that I have had at weddings is a spinach or mixed greens salad with craisins, walnuts, blue cheese and balsamic glaze (yum!).

Our salad was mixed greens, bleu cheese crumbles, candied pecans and fresh mixed berries with honey mustard dressing on the side. It was so good!

our salad is going to be spinach salad w/ candied walnuts, dried cranberries, and lemon vinaigrette. i love spinach and cranberries.
go with what you and your FI love to eat! is there anything that you like to add to salads to make it “special”?

I’m cheap so our salad it is going to be simple. Lettuce tomato and cucumbers with different dressings. Food really isn’t all that important to me.

Maybe you could go with something sort of safe like a spinach salad with basics (tomato, carrots, cucumber, onion, etc) but then having some gourmet salad dressings so that you have food for the “safe” people and something different for the foodies:)
