seeing my hubby-to-be covered in dust cause he's working on our house :)
I had a great day with my fiance today doing nothing, got a workout in, and now I'm making brownies! We also got to eat dinner outside and it was delicious.

I got my nails done today. First time in a long time. I forget how relaxing it can be
Hanging out with my fiance while watching Buffy re-runs on Hulu. And going to the MN State Fair tomorrow!!

I leave for Arizona tomorrow for a work trip that I do not want to go on. My fiance stopped by condo this morning with a little going away present: the Julia & Julia book, a book about Julia Child, Lonely Planet guide to Wales (we're going in October), homemade shortbread & flapjacks. Then he made me dinner tonight. I'm a VERY lucky girl!!!

I love my dress and my ring!!! I have all the other details taken care of (dj, florist, photographer, etc.) and I have 9 months to go :)
My FI and I are long distance right now and I get to fly to Chicago on Thurs. and stay until Mon.!!! I'm really excited!
I had mexican food for dinner. AND, get this, I was a cleaning maniac: i hand-polished and buffed my kitchen floor. Yep, on my hands and knees. It's so pretty now! I also vacuumed the whole house, did 4 loads of laundry, cleaned the cats' room (including the box, the walls, and the carpets, no easy task) and aired out my house for a few hours. Also changed the sheets. Having a *very* clean house makes me feel so happy! It doesn';t smell stale anymore either!
Mr. Joe and I had a good time grocery shopping and joking about our cart that would only turn right. We also took our foster dog for a nice walk and found a street fair where we found crepes! After we ate it, we walked hand in hand along the boardwalk, not talking much, but just enjoying ourselves. It was a good weekend :)
@Kate, why are you on weddingbee?! Don't you know what anniversaries are for? Wink wink nudge nudge, lol

What's making me happy today is watching Veronica Mars Season 1 for the 6th time while I cut out programs.
My windows got washed by my mom and my grandma in my new house & I didn't have to help! 
Went to the beach 2 days in a row. Good food at the boardwalk. Spent 3 days relaxing with my hubby. I have a good loving husband who provides for our needs. Hubby is very happy with what he's doing. I just talk to my parents on the phone. I'm so happy that no one is sick. I just visit my best friend for 4 days last week.
Life is so good. What more can I ask for?
I had my final teaching assessment today and it went great, the kids were engaged and got into it for me and the assessor was very positive. Yay! Lessons like today's keep me enthused and motivated about teaching :)
We had dinner with some of our favorite Seattle friends tonight. We brought them zucchini bread and they asked us to stay for salmon. They are the best friends ever and they warm my heart!
I'm happy because I finally saw The Time Traveler's Wife! Wasn't as good as the book, but I still cried my eyes out, and my fiance actually enjoyed the movie. 
And I'm happy because my tummy is full of my own tasty creations and my new puppy is hilarious!
Yay for happy posts!!
just now, FI jumped out the window so he could fix the screen to his bedroom window in his apartment. We're finally going to be able to stay cool and keeps the bugs out at once!
Yay happiness! I just bonded with my sister on the phone!
Right now, as in RIGHT this second?
1. Adult Swim- King of the Hill is on.
2. Fiance was very sweet and bought me a new PS3 game (hey, flowers die, video games last much longer!) I really enjoy it so far.
3. Fiance's friend sent him home with a huge, delicious slice of homemade chocolate cake tonight. OMG. Um, the 3,000,000 calories that came with it were not so appealling though...

2. Leaving EARLY Friday Morning for the beach with FI, FI's Bro, FI's bro's gf and some members of our wedding party
3. I got a nice new suit last night!
4. We're starting a new job at work tomorrow.

my wonderful boyfriend. he was upset the other night and said he had a lot going on and wasn't happy and it broke my heart so i told him that i'd do something to make him happy every day and his entire mood lightened and we laughed and giggled and yesterday he laughed and giggled and this morning. i am so lucky and blessed to have someone as selfless as m.... and i plan on making sure he knows how lucky and blessed i feel...
oh and the blue martinis from the show yesterday was really cool too ;)
I took the day off work today! I start school stuff tomorrow, So I'm enjoying one last day without stress.
Spending the afternoon with a dear friend and enjoying lots of laughs.
Understanding an assignment that was particularly difficult and complete it on time!
Now getting ready to enjoy dinner and watch a movie with FH.
Knowing that less than 24 hours from now, I will be heading down to Chicago with my FI for the first time for a little getaway!!!

@twalila- what breed are your dogs? they are SO cute!!!
@vistagirl - they're both rescues but we think either yorkies or silkies. They weigh 13 & 16 lbs so they're really a little BIG for either breed so who knows!

I think we forget about the postitive emotions in the emotional section sometime. Let's balance it out with a rampage of appreciation for anything that is working well right now.
I love my florist, my coordinator, and my venu. I love my dress. I am getting along better with my family than I ever have. I get to move up to San Francisco to live with my fiance. I got a Le Creuset Dutch Oven.
My fiance is smart, dependable, and is teaching me about finances (which I need).
I love the 99 cent store.
My grandmother had emergency surgery two weeks ago and she's doing better and will get to come to my wedding.
