I'm meeting with my photographer this weekend and I have a list of things he has got to take pics of.  Stuff like the invitation, my dress hanging up, pictures with me and my Mom, my brothers, my family, pics of my FI with his peeps, the centerpieces, the cake, the rings, the champagne flutes, etc.

Just curious what you guys have on your list!

all of the above! and there's a shot that one of gf's told me to do just last night! ;P

when you're switching from your ceremony heels to your reception comfie shoes, have your hubby! take them off and put the shoes on for you... kind of "cinderella" esque, but her cousin did it and she said it was a totally cute shot!

i want mostly all of the action and small moments that can't be captured again, a laugh here, a tear there, just expressions of us and our guests :)

we'll def have to do the formal shots for our families sake... and of course our FIRST LOOK! i can't wait!!

Oh that's so cute!  What a great idea.  I want lots of candid photo's, I want him to capture all the emotion of the day!  That's a tall order though!  I can't wait :)

I am totally struggling with this. I think I'm just going to tell my photog to get all the usual shots, but also try to get some artistic ones that capture the feeling of the day. Basically what you both want too. I think the best way to accomplish this is not to bog my photographer down with a list and just let him do his job. We shall see.

I agree, you can't give them too many 'must shoot' pictures, it'll be impossible for the photographer, and who wants a frazzled photographer?  Ultimately, if you have a good photographer, you won't be disappointed in their work.  I just know that some of the details cannot be overlooked!  :)
