So far I will have:
- Sign in table with eggplant linen
- guest book (wrapped in burlap with ivory satin ribbon, ivory lace and crystal broach)
- card box (wrapped in burlap with ivory satain ribbon and ivory lace)
- pictures of FI and myself (in rustic wood frames)
- escort cards (not sure yet, but something that doesn’t take up too much space and looks rustic – any ideas?)
- lanterns (bronzed)
- large green moss monogram
I’d like to hear what you’ll have on your sign in table to get more ideas and see if I am missing anything.

Just escort cards and maybe a small sign
My card box and guest book will be on the gift table

Good point. Since card box is for gifts, I should probably put it on the gift table. This will free up some space on the sign in table.

It’s going to be sharing a table with our candy buffet. The tables are really long, and we didn’t make a large candy buffet since the guestlist is so small. We’re going to pages with multiple questions, predictions, etc! There will be two basket for people to place them in, and 3-4 baskets of markers, crayons, and pens

On our sign in talbe I have:
Wooden intitial letters
2 votive candles in small mason jars
Our “guest book” is the postcard idea seen here on the Bee, so we will have a mailbox, post cards, pens and a sign instructing guests what to do.
A small floral arrangement from our florist
Eggplant colored linen
Maybe a picture of us (but our epics came out HORRIBLY) so probably not
I am putting the card box on the “gift table” but don’t really have anything else for that table…probably flowers and candles again…and maybe a sign that says thank you?…

@vtbride2011: I do not have decor for the gift table either. I am hoping that guests will know that the table with the card box is the gift table…

We will have a guestbook table with two of our engagement photos in frames and a vase of flowers. We will also have our card box on our gift box table.

@M.Ruder: Your candy buffet sounds nice. I love the look of them!! If they weren’t sooo expensive, we’d definitely have one!! Plus…there aren’t very many purple candies!
