@engleman10513:  I make this thing called “longhorn soup on pinterest” It’s literally a pound of ground turkey or chicken, 2 cans of blackbeans, 2 cans of progresso minestrone soup, a can of stewed tomatoes, a can of tomatoes with green chilies, a can of mixed vegetables and some greek seasoning. It costs about $10 for all the stuff and it makes like 15 servings so I eat leftovers all week.

Baked Salmon. Get a big piece of foil put the salmon inside throw what ever veggies and seasoning you like inside and make a packet around it by rolling the sides of the foil. It also only takes about 15 minutes to cook.

Black bean tacos: 1 can of black beans, 1 can of diced tomatos with green chilies, 1 can of corn with peppers, some lime juice, and taco seasoning. Simmer until the liquid disapears and top with what ever you like. I usually do a bit of sharp cheddar cheese, some avocado, and fresh cilantro.

Tacos! Tortillas, beans, cheese, salsa, and guacamole. I don’t usually have them with meat, personally. 🙂

@engleman10513:  It is really good!!!!! WE also will get things like Tilapia and Salmon that are on manager special. Like I got 5lbs of tilapia the other day for $3.50 because it had to be sold before the next day!
