I'm working on a project that will require 3", 4", and 5" circles out of card stock.  I've looked at the options at Michael's - but would rather have a first hand reccommendation before I purchase one!  Thanks :)

Fiskars make an adjustable arm circle cutter (very much like a compass).  I am a rather craft person and I could not get it work out right.  The arm kept on moving slightly, making my circle edges not match up!  I will stay up to date on this post beacause I am looking for a good one too!

Hands down, beyond a shadow of a doubt, I recommend the circle cutting system from Creative Memories (they're like Avon but for scrapbooking)...I used them for ALL of my professional invitation needs and even cut each one of my circular business cards out with them.

They are a bit pricey, but you can not compare the difference in quality and ease of use.

Thanks for the feedback!  I've seen those new fiskers squeeze punches at Michael's but they are not quite large enough for my project.

Mrs. Corn - I've heard about the Creative Memories tool - only problem of course is the project needs to be completed by Saturday for a baby shower!  I remembered a friend of mine has it - so I'm going to go borrow it.  If I like it I'll purchase my own for future project.  (I'll report my experience on this post for others on the search)

Thanks for saving me from spending $$ on something that's not quite the perfect tool!  (Been there - done that :))

The inspiration is the banner in the first picture on this blog: http://www.hostessblog.com/2009/04/real-parties-little-miss-birthday/  SO CUTE!
