Mine is tea. UNsweet tea w/splenda. I kmow, down here it's an abhorration! However that's what I love! Fresh lemon in it also!
Ooh, Belle, my favorite non-alcholic drink is an Arnold Palmer. It has to be unsweetened tea though--I've only had sweet tea once (on a business trip to Atlanta) and it was way too sweet for me.
Sweet tea is a personal favorite of mine, and I like it the way my grandma makes it, so it's sweet like syrup. I'm a southern girl at heart, still, I suppose.
Iced tea - not american unsweetend tea...weird.
and root beer! mmm
oh and all things juice. I love juice!
Mine is sweet tea...real, properly made, Southern sweet tea. Although, I try to convince myself that my favorite drink is water.
Normally I'd say Coke or Pepsi, but lately I've been drinking Pepsi Throwback (made with sugar instead of HFCS) and it's deeeeelicious, so it's my new fave :D
Oh goodness, I like Cherry Coke Zero...or sweet tea when I am down south... :)
Sweet tea, cranberry juice, lemonade and water...mmm!...now I'm all thirsty all of a sudden :)
I'm a little surprised no one has said this yet....pretty much anything from Starbucks! It just depends on the season. For example, in the fall I love me some Pumpkin Spice Latte/Frappuccino; around the holidays I love a white chocolate peppermint mocha; and right now iced cinnamon dolce latte. It's a killer on the budget and the diet, but I just can't help myself!
Mmm one of my favorites (but realy only good in the late fall), warm apple cider from a local farm!!! add a bit of cinnamon!
A Treat Grapefruit Soda :)
Yes, I know how weird that sounds, but i love it!
I loooooove sweet tea, and if it was made in the sun, however my mom does it, it's the BEST
REAL Coke (with real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup) from a bottle (not a can!)--like the kind you get in Europe. With fresh lime juice! Not that I'm picky or anything :)
When I was at my co-worker's wedding about 3 weeks ago, after the ceremony we were waiting for the food to be ready and the reception area also to be ready, the butlers brought out lemon water and properly made southern iced tea! it was so refreshing!
SOUTHERN Sweet Tea! I say that because I was born a Yankee but am a southern girl at heart and went to school down south and was introduced to a few darn good things and this is one of them. I have a hard time finding a place, there is maybe 2 that make good sweet tea but once I hit the southern border, I know I can go anywhere and when I order tea, they dont ask sweet or unsweetend and I love it. I did have someone at a restuarant down south give me a jar of simple syrup to put in my tea and I am going to have to try and make that! Darn yummy!
My favorites go through cycles. I drink something for weeks on end, and then have to switch.
My faves: Sweet tea (FI likes that nasty "mix with water" lemon flavored stuff!! Yuck!), Diet Coke, Mountain Dew (gotta have the caffeine fix), and Canada Dry Green Tea Ginger Ale (I drank this like water non-stop for about 3 months!)
Any sort of cherry flavored diet soda ( Diet Cherry Dr Pepper/Diet Coke) or fruit juices, especially guava & coconut!
Milk! I can't get enough, I love it with every meal. Goes great with pasta, sandwiches, brownies, chips. 2% is my fav and then whole. I also really love virgin hot buttered rum.
I love iced Passion Tea from Starbucks and pop-wise, Cherry Dr. Pepper is my new favorite!
I feel so boring but mine is water
hehe. When I was little I couldn't drink formula or regular milk so I had to drink a mix of goat and soy milk (can we say bleh??) and when I got older I wasn't allowed soda or anything so I guess I never realized what I was missing. But now it's just water lol I just don't crave anything else. Other drinks just make me feel full like food.
I've tried to drink sodas but they just burn my throat :( (I will drink them with alcohol though lol). My friends always ask me to drink some of their soda to see if it's flat and I can never tell!
So yeah, just plain old ice cold water for me please. ![]()
Red Robin's Strawberry Lemonade or Diet Coke with Lime. Depends on my mood, and if a $4.25 lemonade is worth it at the time!)
I go to Costco once a month to stock up on sugar free red bull...I've been addicted for about 4 or 5 years since my old boss would bring in cases of it (her husband was the vp for red bull). I do also love a nice cold coke but that's only if I'm treating myself to extra calories.
