After recently moving in with my SO, and never having lived with a SO before, I’m really enjoying it! We had a slight hiccup about 4 days in, when I felt he was distant, he acknowledged that he was because he was adjusting to living on his own for the first time, and we communicated our feelings, resolving the issue. Since then, it’s been great. It’s so nice coming home to someone, having him there even if we’re just chilling on the couch watching t.v., eating dinner with him, etc. And of course going to sleep next to him and waking up next to him every day!
Bees – what do you like most about living together?

Cuddles… Feeling like someone is pleased to see me when we both get home. Or cuddles if I am feeling sooky or sappy.
Having someone to laugh with.
Going out randomly just because we can – coffee, park, walk whatever…
Having someone to talk to about everything
Being able to call him my husband now (hehe still very new and I love it)

My favorite part of living with FI is being able to just chill at home. We’re both homebodies so it’s nice not having to plan an outing to hang out with him. Instead we can just chill out and do our own thing but still be together.

Def agree with cuddles and spontaneous trips to the park, etc.
I like sharing all the household tasks, I am much more motivated to clean because I know it not being clean drives him crazy (on my own, I’m fine with a messy house).
Having all my clothes (and other stuff) consolidated in one house!!

We are not living together ringht now 🙁
When we did live together it was just nice knowing he was there and I could hug or kiss him anytime.
Opening jars for me
Reaching stuff too high up
Making dinner together
Going grocery shopping together
Just being there together 🙂
Wahhh I hate not living with him!

@MsYankee: This sounds exactly like what happened with us. Today is actually our one month anniversary of living together. 🙂
I know it sounds silly, but my favorite part of the day is clocking out at 5, racing home to him, and having him run out to my car and hug me as soon as I get out. Coming home to him is probably my favorite part of the day. Waking up with him is great too. Basically if it involves him being there, I’m a fan. haha
We were long distance for the majority of our relationship, and I’ve apparently forgotten what that was like because now even when we’re only apart for one night, it’s agony. The apartment feels SO empty with him not there. This is apparently going to happen a lot over the next few weeks and I’m dreading it. He’s going to be staying with his parents because they live closer to his work so it’s a much shorter commute, and he doesn’t get out until late so he’s basically falling asleep driving to their house. I’m looking forward to the day when we get a new place that’s closer to his work so he won’t have to do that anymore. 🙁

Him being around to always give a welcome home hug/kiss.
And a hug and kiss before he goes to work every single day, even though I’m still half asleep and look a mess 🙂

Just having him there. I can’t believe we’re finally together.

It is hard to narrow all of them down to one!
Having someone to make the coffee in the morning? 🙂 j/k
We have been living together for a year and everymorning I wake up so excited to see his face! Just love having someone that loves me everyday!

FI leaves for work by 6 AM each day – I can sleep in. Each morning, he comes into our bedroom (I hear his work boots on the wood floors!) and kisses me goodbye. Sometimes, i’m so dead asleep I don’t remember, but I know he does it, each day.
And he takes out the trash! And does the dishes!
