Ribeye and NY Strip medium rare or I send it back because my teeth weren’t meant for medium-well done steak.

When I ate steak I loved filet mignon… RARE! I also liked it super rare whenever I went to a hibachi steakhouse…still cold in the middle! lol

I am a veggie now though. πŸ™

Filet, and rare, and I mean rare.  Slap in on the grill twice and it’s done.

NY strip, rare!  I also really like the thin cuts of beef, like skirt or flank steak, but only if cooked correctly, and cut against the grain!

I’ll take any steak prepared and cooked nicely to a medium rare finish.

I’ve had a great cut steak ruined by terrible cooking and I’ve had average steak turn out great when cooked with care.

Mmmmm steak…
