I have an irrational fear that someone may put a drug in my food or my water bottle. It sounds so paranoid typing it out! I mean, that could, in theory, happen someday but I know the odds of that happening are extremely tiny. Still, the thought is atthe forefront of my mind way more than it should be.

I have an irrational fear of OTHER people vomiting in front of me. I’m okay with my own vomit but something about the vomit of others curdles my blood. I don’t even feel remotely ill when I see someone vomit in front of me, I just bolt and hide myself somewhere until I know that it’s been cleaned and the culprit is long gone.

Ghosts! The last house we rented had these smoke detectors that would start beeping in the middle of the night every few months (dead batteries). I was totally convinced that there was a spirit even though I know that’s irrational and not even something I believe in.

We’ve just moved into a new house that was built in 1880 and I found newspaper papered to the walls dated from my birthday in 1929 in the closet under the stairs. Everyone is teasing me saying there are ghost children planning to steal my soul while I sleep lol!

DaniDev143:  Haha this is funny! I have a few.. fear of heights is a pretty standard one I guess – I recently went on holidays and we went to a few theme parks and I lost my mind when we went on a water slide that was like 10 story’s high and you had to slowly make your way up the queue as it got higher and higher.. it really didn’t feel safe and my FI’s friends thought it was hilarious and kept saying ‘omg did you feel that, I think it moved’ etc. its making me stressed just thinking about it lol

My other one is getting needles in the top of my arm. HATE IT. I’m actually pretty fine with getting them in other places but for some reason getting them in the top of my arm literally makes me pass out….

Well now I’m scared of the black eye kids… I’m also scared of my car breaking down, roaches, someone following me, someone stalking me, being in very secluded areas, being out late at night… I’m scared of a lot of things actually most of them are pretty irrational.

How much time do you have??  Lol. My most irrational I would say is of someone hiding under a car or something and slashing my Achilles’ tendon.  Wanna scare the crap out of me?  Chase me up a flight of stairs and grab at my ankles. Shudder…

I’m scared of under water creatures, and under water in general. A pool is fine. A lake or the ocean? NOPE. I cant even watch videos of under water things without feeling panicky.

And windows and mirrors. I cant glance at them if I’m walking by. And when I have a prickling feeling and look up and there’s an uncovered window. Gives me the heebie jeebies.

DaniDev143:  Spiders! Doesn’t matter how small they are… And my dogs being poisoned, although that one might not be quite so irrational
