What I did was go with the actresses I’ve been told I look like and have similar skin tones as mine. I looked up their makeup and hair styles at various award shows on google and went with that. I don’t think your makeup has to match your theme, it should be about who you are and want to look like on your wedding day.

Your makeup doesn’t have to match your colors. Go with whatever looks best on you. Browse magazines and websites of models and celebs whose makeup you like and get a trial to see what looks best.

Gabrielle Union is my insparation.  I picked her, because shes the celebrity that I resemble the most. Another Bee said that you should look at makeup on celebrities that resemble you (skin tone, face shape, etc). That way you can judge what it would look like.

@lioness_89:  Thanks! I do so much brown tone for my everyday make-up. I wanted do something different but I’m a huge fan of natural make-up, so this is my compromise πŸ™‚
