I was in the grocery store a little while ago when Steve Winwood's "Higher Love" came on the PA and I realized I LOVE that song and always sing along when I hear it. Which is really pretty embarrassing and lame and reminded me of jayce's post last night about our most embarrassing crushes.
So what's your favorite song that if you were in your car and it came on the radio, you'd have to roll up your windows to sing along so nobody knew what you were listening to?
I had to Google who sings "Higher Love" because I actually didn't know the singer and when I did I realized he also sings "Roll With It" which I like. LOL so I guess I REALLY like Steve Winwood.

I have so many... but most embarrassing would be "Lovers in a Dangerous Time" both the Bruce Cockburn 80's version and the Barenaked Ladies 90's version!
You MUST listen to both versions to appreciate what an incredibly genius cover the BNLs did!
Anything Britney Spears. Most people can't stand her but I've loved her for the past 12 years.

Or, if it is, then I have to add her to my list too. I shamelessly play the shit out of her CDs when they come out, and Blackout is one of the best dance CDS of the 2000s.

Oh I have so many. The three worst ones are Total Eclipse of the Heart and Holding Out for a Hero, both are by Bonnie Tyler and that "take me home country roads" song by John Denver.
Pretty much everything by Ke$ha. I seriously love her, and one of the best moments of my life was seeing her in concert. I'm so lame, haha.

Any time I like a "Ke-dollar sign-ha"* song or a Taylor Swift song, I'm pretty embarrassed.

But I think the most embarrasing song that I love by her is Butterfly. Everyone made fun of that video. I know, she's a hot mess. But one hell of a voice.

Duran Duran's Notorious is like, my favorite song ever. I know all of the dance moves (choreographed by Paula Abdul) from the music video.

"Hard to Say I'm Sorry" by Chicago or "Glory of Love" by Peter Cetera. When these songs come on the radio, we turn em up and sing along really loudly. FI thinks I'm just playing around, but I really do love these songs!
