Stonyfield Farms Minty Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt. SO GOOD. At least, that is what is on my mind right now!!!
The wedding cake from our tasting a few days ago :). Seriously, at random points in the day I just think about how much I want more of that cake.
Before that, lol, I would have to say gingerbread. Not the cookies, but the actual bread-like dessert.
@jo.lee: that is so funny.... I have been dreaming about our wedding cake too! It is ridiculous. We tasted it in November and I had already asked my cake lady about shipping and freezing since she is in VT and I am in NC. I just don't think I can wait until May! :)
Cheesecake or Braum's ice cream (unbeatable mint choco chip and choco chip cookie dough!).
My mom's cream puffs OMG! I can never wait for them to cool when we go over and I eat the custard warm and it gives me a tummy ache every time. Damn I love food.
In order: Fruit tart, strawberry shortcake, and pretty much any type of cupcake you put in front of me.

@Jushackett: That's awesome :). Ours is being served as mini cakes, and I've already bargained with my sister to have her give me hers. I fully plan on eating just cake, lol.
I'm currently obsessed with the red velvet cake from California Pizza Kitchen. So good.

Chocolate truffles, or anything with chocolate ganache in it or on it.
ooooh my ultimate favorite is summer pudding served with cream....
My grandmothers cinammon french vanilla custard and graham cracker crust pie. Every last thing is made from scratch, the custard, the crust, the meringue. Its amazing. After that my aunts homemade cheesecake with homemade fruit topping.
