I usually start the night in a snuggled up position but then for some reason I have to make a full rotation in the bed before I can fall asleep so it goes…
1. Lie with my head on his chest.
2. turn over onto my right side (he will roll over and spoon me)
3.shrug him off and lie on my stomach
4. onto the other side!
5. onto my back now, and i reach over and we hold hands as we sleep.
I don’t know how he puts up with me (oh yeah I do he falls asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow!)
What about you?

I sleep on my side. A friend of mine who let me crash said I slept like a corpse because I have my arms crossed over my chest, with my hands in fists by my ears. I think this has everything to do with the fact that I have anxiety problems.
OP, your man must be a really heavy sleeper!

@EffieTrinket: He is, and he just adjusts to whatever position I move into and keeps on sleeping. Its great! (except for those nights I can’t get to sleep and resent him for his ability to sleep thru anything)

I fall asleep on my side and wake up every morning, without fail, perfectly diagonal in the bed. My head is at one corner and my feet at the opposite. Whoops! 🙂

HAAH sounds like me! seriously!! I do the exact same thing! weird.

Fiance and I don’t live together yet so I pretty much hog my bed lol. My cat will sleep with me sometimes but I usually sleep on my side or back.

I always sleep on my side. We can both bed hoggers at times. He tends to steal my pillow 😛

We have our own blankets. Yep two blankets on the same bed.
He likes to have the blanket only on the middle of his body, so his legs and feet are free and his head, arms and shoulders are free.
I like to sleep like a mummy, the blanket is all around me real tight, my arms are by my sides and the blanket is covering my neck and basically all around my head, so just my face shows, yeah, I like it that way! LOL

I used to sleep with 6 pillows, no joke. The problem was that the pillows would never stay in place overnight and ended up on the floor. I am extremely restless sleeper who flips from side to side constantly throughout the night. So I finally dedcided to try out one of those pregnancy pillows (even though I’m not pregnant) and I have never slept better! Only problem is now there is a physical wall in between the Fiance and I, but I get a great night sleep 🙂

We each start out on our own sides, face down, face towards the fresh air (and I sleep with a pillow over my head). But as soon as I fall asleep, I’m the bed hogging bastard lol. Mr. O says I stage a “hostile takeover” every night. Oops!

I picked: In a tiny tiny corner of the bed (that you are happy that bed hogging bastard allows you)
Sadly… My fiance drives me crazy how much he’s all over the bed. Most mornings I wake up hanging off the edge. It’s worse when we let our dog sleep in bed with us because the two of them literally push me off the bed.

Generally I sleep with his arm around me and my head buried in his chest with my leg thrown over his legs. I find it the most comfortable and natural position for me to sleep in.

I usually sleep alone, and I do the same thing as OP, I have to make a full rotation before I fall asleep. But when I sleep with SO, I go to sleep on my left side because SO needs to snuggle me before he can sleep. Man needs a body pillow. But after we’ve fallen asleep, I’ll wake up to roll over and over and over throughout the night, HOWEVER. It is a NO CROSSING ZONE, PERIOD. He wouldn’t mind, but the man is a hot metal pipe when he’s dead asleep. It actually hurts to touch his skin when he’s in his hot cycle of sleep. And he’s covered in sweat.. ewgh. I love him, but we just mutually accept that he is no-touchy in his sleep without a blanket between our bodies.
I don’t know how everyone else can sleep facing eachother, that’s our other thing. We cannot face eachother because we hate eachother’s breath in our faces. I hate everything in my face. I even dislike kissing most of the time just because I hate when something is near or on my face, is that weird? Lol.

I pretty much always sleep with one leg on top of my husband. Either I sleep on my side facing him, and my top leg is draped over him…or I sleep on my back and my left leg goes out to the side, to drape over him. He doesn’t mind at all!
