When are you having lunch?
When are the groom / groomsmen having lunch / getting ready / meeting or driving to the venue?
What are you doing between 2pm & 4pm? Seems like more than enough time for bridal party photos, so then you can attend your cocktail hour and not take photos during that time. Also, maybe move up seeing your dad for the first time that we you can take family pics during that time.

@CityBearBride: Thanks so much for giving me advice City Bear! I just realized I forgot to include I will have jersey mikes subs, beer and mimosa’s for the wedding party while we are getting ready.
I think we are going to get ready at the venue, but that is a very good point, I need to figure out transportation! thanks for reminding me.
Between 2pm-4pm…I know this sounds crazy, but I want to have my hair down when I get the first glance with my fiance, so I can have pics with my hair down.
So at 2pm-2:30 is first glance and photo’s
Then I am going to put my hair up ( Crazy I know), but I always wanted my hair up walking down the aisle, but I am worried for in pictures I won’t like it. So I want to get pics with my hair up and my hair down in my first dress.
Do you think that is too Much??

@li612: HA I KNOW, I’m CRAZY! I am going to do my own hair before the first glance. Just going to have it down, curled and natural…(I am pretty good with making it poofy and pageanty, lol) and then at 2:45pm or 3pm I want a professional to come and put it up in a low bun for my ceremony. I know, that’s crazy, but I couldn’t decide on having my hair up or down the whole time. So I really wanted to have pics with my hair in both.
Yeah Cigar Time, is my lil surprise gift to my groom along with late night chickfil A haha! I am trying to think of a way to announce it, but not to everyone..just the groomsmen, groom and his friends. They will ave an area availabe to them for cigars… Hmmmm, ANy suggestions on how to announce it?:)

I would have your hair and makeup done first. That way if things are running behind, you aren’t the one that’s rushed. One hour for hair, make-up, and lunch doesn’t sound like enough time to me.
I second@CityBearBride: You should be able to have the wedding party pics between 3 and 4. Otherwise, your bridesmaids have to sit around doing nothing for almost three hours and then miss the cocktail hour too!
