Hmm, I always thought it was the total number of guests attending.

I worded mine…. “_______ people in my party” that way you know how many people are total including that person

I thought it was the total also. You could always put “total # of guests attending”?

You’re their guests.  Put the total in your party that will be attending.

@indecisivebee:  It means the total number of guests. They want a total head count.

So, for you and a guest, 2.
