Hi Bees,

How far ahead of your wedding did you register?  We're about 5 months out now and still did not register.  However, I forgot to make a wedding website in time for my STDs (in part because FI refused to pick attendants by that time) so we only really NEED them when the shower invites go out.  But my mom and sister say I should rush out and register like a week ago because people might already be looking for them especially if they know they can't come already.

How many places did you register at?  We were only planning on BBB.  But my mom and sisters don't think that's enough.  Any other suggestions?  We're not really into anything super fancy.  I like the idea of some place like Target for stuff like video recorders, etc. that BBB doesn't have but I have heard some really bad things about their registry.

Anyone use the Target registry recently and have good/bad experience to share?  Suggestions for registries we may not have thought of?  We're not really looking to do a honeymoon registry.

Edit: Also, are in person registries worth it?  We like doing things online, so did you get a lot out of going in person to register?
