I was induced with DD at 39+3 because my water had been leaking for a couple of days, and I was developing preeclampsia.

LilLis:  technically super early. Although my doctors now think I am some sort of weirdo who only needs 8 months to grow a full size baby lol. My daughter was born at 35 weeks and almost 7 pounds. Her lungs were developed and she was perfectly healthy. There’s no way my dates were off bc I have had a clock work period since high school and my dating ultrasound matched up w that. Here I am again 33 weeks pregnant and according to several ultrasounds my baby is enormous.

4 days early. Started feeling faint contractions at 8 am, had my DS at 5 pm. Most of my friends (who didn’t have any medical conditions that prompted early delivery) went between 2 weeks early and 1 week late. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to who delivered when….

My son was born at 35.5, totally healthy.  Like Ballet513:  I think I might grow babies fast, because my son was 6 lbs 10 oz.  My mom had me and my two brothers at 35 and 36 weeks, so I think it is genetic.

I had to be induced at 38w4d (had her 38w 5d) due to complications with IUGR and my kidneys. That being said, it only took cervical gel to put me into labour, so I suspect I would have given birth pretty soon without the induction anyhow.
