Pappy8:  I think you meant “before i was pregnant”

but yeah, we picked our daughters name one drunk night before we were even engaged. Joking about if we ever had a daughter we would name her Mollie.

When we found out we were pregnant with a Girl we didn’t even hesitate

I think I was around 37 or 38 weeks. We added it to our list of possibilities  (we had 5) but we knew it would be the one. 🙂

We have multiple names picked out for both genders, in order for when we pick them. We don’t know the gender yet, but we have our boys name and girls name ready to go for them, and we have had those names for a year now

We started to look at names when found out was pregnant and whittled it down. Then when found having a boy whittled it down some more. We had 2 names for boys we liked and were leaning toward the one and when our little boy was born, the offical yep that is his name was when needed to sigh the birth certificate.

We decided on a girl name pretty early on – before 20 weeks. It’s the name I’ve wanted since college and thankfully DH liked it too! It took us a lot longer for a boy name. We got a first name decided around 30-31 weeks I think but didn’t pin down a middle name until the week before I delivered. And I’m still not 100% on the boy name. Thankfully we had a girl and I love her name 🙂

I’m 37 weeks today and FI and I have known the sex of the baby since around the 20th week, so it was nice to only have to consider girl names. Since the first trimester, we’ve been accumulating a little list of 3-5 favourite names and we’ll make our final decision when we see her. The only thing I was bent on was giving her a Polish name, as I am Polish, though something that would be easily pronouncable in English.

Pappy8:  We decided (like 95%) on our boy’s first name when we started TTC, decided on his middle name after week 35. Had a hard time with a girl’s name but came to a decision for first and middle at I think 21-27 weeks. We ended up having a boy and his name is Miles! Our girl name was Sylvie. Good luck!

I’m just over 26 weeks pregnant and my husband and I had first and middle names for each sex picked out before I even got pregnant. We’re having a boy, and we’re positive we’re sticking with what we’ve already chosen.
