I had VERY mild morning sickness for two weeks, starting in week 4. After that I was pretty much good to go. The morning sickness literally vanished. I am now 14w6d.
As you know, for about 2 weeks between 6-8 nausea was constant. I'm 9 weeks now and have had off and on constant nausea. Knock on wood so far no actual barfing to speak of.
P.S. I know easier said than done. But try not to worry, my coworker had a very easy pregnancy and had no nausea or morning sickness to speak of at all! She just delivered her beautiful healthy baby girl last week! :)
I'm 11 weeks 2 days now and never had any morning sickness but from week 9 til now i have had increasingly aggressive nausea throughout the entire day but never actually thrown up. I cant decide which is worse
As soon as I hit 6 weeks, I got mild nausea in the mornings. No vomiting yet (fingers crossed) but I am eating about every hour to keep that "sour" feeling away.
I had a bit of nausea during like week 5-6, but no actual morning sickness.
It started before I got my BFP at 4 weeks. I had 4 negative tests, so I just thought my period was late, but then I started to have bad nausea and decided to test again; sure enough, BFP.
6 weeks 5 days! oh, it was aweful. I'm 16w 2 days right now and it is just easing off.
Mine started before I even got a BFP. Lame.
My doctor insists that most women get hit the hardest between weeks 9-11, so there's still hope for you! (It sounds really weird to wish you morning sickness, but since I know it would make you feel a little more secure, I hope you get a very mild case of morning sickness starting immediately and lasting until the end of the 1st trimester.) :) Good luck!
I am just 7W 1D today and boy its kicking my butt! I started with nausea/gags but I'm a pretty gaggy person to begin with. For some reason early mornings have always made me a little sick. However, last night I got sick and lost my dinner and dessert and this AM was feeling horrible. Now I'm having pretty regular feeling sickness with food no longer assisting to make it go away. Let's hope its just this week and it goes away!!
I would have bouts of nausea about an hour after eating during weeks 6-8. Then the all day nausea started around week 8. I'm almost 12 weeks and still dealing with it. I've only thrown up a few times though, usually if I eat something too fast.
I think for me it started around week 6. I hope that you are one of the lucky ones to never get hit by it because it sucks!
I got really lucky, just got sick once or twice, other than that nothing.
I vote other - earlier than week 4.
My morning (ahem, all day sickness) started as nausea probably 1-2weeks after implantation and turned into full blown sicker-than-a-dog-can't-eat-anything-terribleness-omg-why-is-this-happening-to-me-sickness areound week3 and lasted until about week 16-18.
It sucked.
Hard.
I had very mild nausea between weeks 6-9. Nothing severe enough to make me vomit, but just enough to be annoying. And mine was more in the afternoon, and then like right before bed. It really worried me at first that it was so mild, but now at week 11, I think it might be coming back. :(
Weeks 4-7 I was fine, a little light headed if I didn't eat regularly. Then in week 8 the full fledged OMG I didn't know morning sickness meant throwing up all day can't keep anything down sickness started. That's mostly gone now (17 weeks) thank god.
Mine started abruptly at 5w6d. I'm currently 13w, and it's not showing any signs of going away. I know you think it will be comforting to have recognizable pregnancy symptoms, but please don't wish for morning sickness. It sucks. ...and lots of ppl have entirely healthy pregnancies with no morning sickness.
I felt fine up until week 7, then life was hellish until week 15. Here's hoping you are one of the lucky ones in not getting sick!
Thanks for all of these responses! I think I need to stop worrying about if/when I will get it (and what it means if I don't get it). I still have plennnnty of time for some nausea (and by the time I get it, I'm sure it won't be welcome)!

I'm 5 wks 2 days but haven't had any morning sickness. I know it's still early, but wondering when you started having morning sickness (if at all).
I had an early miscarriage in May so I can't help but worry it's going to happen again and the lack of morning sickness concerns me. My only symptoms are sore breasts, a little cramping off and on, a little more tired, and a little more hungry (if I have an empty stomach my stomach gets a little sour).
Thanks
