I was in two weddings this past summer and we received our gifts WAY before the rehearsal and shower. I am saving mine for the rehearsal. I made tank tops so they received those 3 months out and then the rest will be at the rehearsal.
I skipped the giving presents at the rehearsal. I waited 'til the night before the wedding. Three of my BMs (I have 6 total) spent the night in the hotel with me. It was nice to not do it in front of everyone. I got to tell each of them how much they mean to me and blah blah blah. The other maids? Long story but I do not think I was being mean with what I did. The other two girls are FI's younger sisters that I do not care for. And the other person was a family member that my mother just had to have. It would be wierd to have long convos with my three BFFs and then turn to the other three and say "sooo.... thanks for being in our wedding. It was nice knowing you" LOL
When did you give your bridesmaids their gifts?
a) rehearsal dinner?
b) bridal shower?
