I am 17 weeks along and I don't feel like my belly is growing, nor have I felt any movement.  I know that it varies, but I am curious when everyone else really started filling out and feeling movement?

For my daughter I didnt even start showing at all until I was about 21 weeks. Everyone is different so don't worry, not showing yet it normal :) As for when I felt her moving im not exactly sure. I think it was somewhere between 16-20 weeks and it wasn't big movements i could just feel her moving around in there.

    I felt her at 13 weeks, but I'm told that's unusual :)

I didn't start feeling it until well after week 20, probably. I was getting quite worried, because I know lots of people claim to feel it much earlier, but my OB said that generally it's week 22 or 23. She also said that by the time you're SURE you've felt it, you realize you were feeling it earlier, you just weren't sure what it was.

Also, don't worry about your belly growing slowly ... before you know it, it will be huge ... and moving all the time! :-)

I was about 18-19 weeks when I felt fluttery feelings, and about 22 weeks when I felt the first good thump. They say first time moms don't feel it as soon as those who have had babies before. I started showing around 20-21 weeks.

Don't worry, you will be showing and feeling the belly bean very soon!

I felt a couple flutters here and there around 20 weeks, but didn't feel a solid thumping until around 24 weeks.  I have an anterior placenta (placenta is on the front wall of the uterus, as opposed to the back by my spine) so the doc told me it may lessen the feeling of the kicks.  17 weeks is pretty early so don't worry!

I felt Moose around week 15, but I wouldn't worry about it. It takes a while to figure it out because it's not very regular. My friend, who has two boys, told me that it feels like gas, but different. I think she was kind of right with the first little wiggles.

Yeah I'm with the others.. it was after the 20 week mark. I knew she was a girl already the first time she moved. It was very special =)

You'll feel your little one soon!

I don't remember when I started showing, but I was still in my normal jeans at 20 weeks. I was showing if I wore clothes that emphasized it, but otherwise, not really.

I felt some quickening at around 16 weeks, but I didn't feel any good movement until the day before I was 20 weeks. I remember the day all too well, because I didn't know what they were at first.

I felt the baby around 17 or 18 weeks, but at the beginning it did just feel like gas. Now at 24 weeks I can sometimes actually see my stomach move and my husband can feel the movements. I was super eager to feel those movements so I feel for you! But don't worry, they'll come. Also the past few weeks, my belly has really popped out! I can't believe it happened so quickly.

I felt the first definitive kicks around 18 weeks but it wasn't until around 22 weeks when I started feeling them on a regular basis. Also, I didn't look really pregnant- like people asking me about when I was due preggo- until around 30 weeks.

I felt kicking around 19-20 weeks.  Everything before that felt just nebulous and too faint to really tell.  17 weeks is still early, so don't worry!

I felt the baby at the end of 17 weeks. It was very light but I knew it was him. Around 19 weeks he was kicking hard enough to where my husband could feel him. Its so fun!

@ 808bride - Mrs. DG was the first person I heard describe it like popcorn, and I was like "Yes!  That's exactly it!"

Ahh ha!! She's the only one who has probably explained that way...and you! That's probably why I knew it when I felt it. I knew I'd heard it somewhere... :)
