@asphodel:  I don’t really feel like I really started to show at all until ~17-18 weeks, but even after that people would be surprised when they heard. Now, at 28 weeks, a couple of people have started to ask.

I think people who knew me could tell I was pregnant around 12-13 weeks, but strangers probably didn’t realize I was pregnant until now, and I am almost 22 weeks.

Well I thought I was showing earlier then anyone else did.  I’d say though that there was no doubt I was pregnant by about 22 wks

17-18.  I’m 18 now and I think just barely showing (I take pics in the AM)…of course it looks bigger at night after I’ve been eating and bloating all day.

Although…you still probably would not notice if you didn’t know me well.

I’m 6’0″ and long waisted so there should be plenty of room, which I love!

I don’t think there’s anything to show at 10 weeks since it would be all boating, unless it’s not your first pregnancy.  I think the uterus starts to rise above your pubic bone after 12 weeks.

felt like I had a decent bump around 13-15 weeks, but in reality I could have easily hidden my pregnancy with bulky sweaters and sweatshirts until after 20 weeks.  I think I had a little bump by about 15 weeks though.

I’m 5’3 and had recently run a marathon so I thought I would show very early.

I thought I was showing at 19-20 weeks… but tons of people at school still didn’t know I was pregnant (thought I’d just put on weight over the summer). By 22 weeks I was offered a seat on the train so I guess somewhere around there I started to look pregnant.

I was extremely bloated from the get-go, and I usually had a super-flat stomach, so people that knew me would have been able to tell straight away, had I not worn baggier tops. I would say that I noticed a true baby belly around 14 weeks, and the first stranger to ask me when I was due was at 17 weeks.

I’m barely 5’4” but mostly torso. I also gained very little weight during the first half of my pregnancy and I started out with a pooch. So people who knew me started saying I was showing around 20 weeks but strangers might have thought I was just overweight. It wasn’t super obvious, without a doubt baby bump until almost 28 weeks.

Even now at 37+, I sometimes ask my DH if I look pregnant or just fat. =P

I always thought it was nuts when women swear they are showing at like 6 weeks. I guess everyone is different though an depends on previous pregnancies and body type. I’m correctly 12 weeks with twins and althoigh I can feel my uterus it’s still low and not poking out yet. However the shift in my intestines from my swelling uterus added to the fact that my abdominal muscles are pretty lax, I do have a bit if a gut but it’s not actual baby yet. 🙂

i hope to look more like a pregnant person and less like a girl who drank too many beers in the couch…very soon!
