I’m 20w today and DH got to feel the baby move last night! He didn’t really know what it was until I told him though. I’m not really sure what he thought it was though! Baby was doing some Tai Chi or something in there! When was your SO able to feel your baby move?

I think my DH felt baby move when I was 22-24 weeks. Can’t remember exactly.
Its awesome that he can share in the experience with you now!

My FI didn’t feel him until about 25 weeks at least. Every time the baby would move I would put his hand there and and soon as I did, it would stop and he’d get frustrated, so it took some time.

@stephanie63087: It feels kinda weird! You’ll be like-was that the baby? Nah, couldn’t be….but sure enough, it probably is! I just started feeling him last weekend, so right before 19w.

i cant wait for this too!! I think i’ve felt movement but i dont know what the heck it’ll feel like so i’m always second guessing it….but there has definitely been a few times where we’re laying in bed and DH has his head on my lap near my belly and i’ve felt some ‘movement’ where his head is…soon as he gets up it stops, its wierd…i’m still not convinced its movement but who knows! i’m only 17wks so i keep telling myself its too soon to actually know for sure that its movement or not…

With DD, my husband couldn’t feel her until long after 20 weeks because I had an anterior placenta. With DS, my husband felt him at like 16 weeks and you could see DS moving from across the room at like 18 weeks; he was crazy strong!

@MamaHusky3: That could be the babys way of getting him to move? The baby may have felt a little restricted with his dads head in the way? It stops as soon as he gets up so the baby is no longer restricted by anything? Just a thought.

FI just felt baby move for the first time last week @ 27 weeks. Everytime he would try, she would stop moving. Stubborn girl!

@BoiledPNut: so so so exciting! My husband just felt the baby move this past weekend. Just a little nudge and he had to keep his hand there for a while before he could feel even though I was feeling it like crazy on the inside. 19w 1d today 🙂

DH felt him move for the first time between 20 and 21 weeks! I had felt the first actual kick (something more than the pops and bubbles) 2 days before.

I felt the baby move right around 15 weeks and my husband felt him around 17, but wasn’t 100% positive he really felt it until around 19-20. Now we can just watch him dance lol, my whole stomach moves sometimes hehe.
