Weddingbee boards
I'm guessing that the 2009 boards will go bye bye soon but I don't have any real knowledge to explain why I think that. Except that no one posts on them anymore.
that would be a good question for Mr or Mrs Bee.. but if its any indication, i got engaged in July 09 and at that point August 2010 was one of the newest Month Twins on the drop down... before the layout changed... and almost all of 2011 came up once they changed the layout of the site and the boards

yeah, I think its time for 2012 board! i may be biased though lol
I don't think we'll be getting rid of the 2009 boards, because then where would the posts go to? But we'll see about getting the new boards up!

ps I'm not running the Boards no mo' so I can't just add boards... but if you post an idea and it gets a lot of votes, I'm sure the Weddingbee engineers will add them!

The only caveat I'd add is that if this Idea gets upvoted... then another feature will have to be de-prioritized so the engineers can get to this one first. So please focus your votes on the Ideas you'd most like to see! :-)

I'm still rooting for the petite/tall boards, too. Hopefully they'll both eventually come to fruition... I know we all have a lot of ideas, we must keep them very busy. :P
Hmm MightySapphire, that makes sense. I guess that I was thinking that there were previous month twins before 2009 that went somewhere else. Guess not though!

But the idea has a decent number of votes! I think there's a general feeling that if we're going to have a Full Figured board, there should be boards for brides of all sizes... so it will probably continue to get votes and the engineers will probably add it at some point. But I personally predict that the topic will continue to be not-so-active!
That's fine though - we have a number of boards that aren't so active but kinda balanced out other active boards, and there's nothing wrong with that...
@MissAsB - We added Month Twin boards in December 2008, so there weren't any month twins boards before January 2009!

Ah, thanks Mr. Bee! I wasn't too active at that time so I wasn't really aware of what was going on!
@mr.bee - yeah, I think it's a bit like the secular boards... those of us who love the board really appreciate it, but it doesn't apply to the majority of posters. It's nice to have, but obviously we can still post without the official boards. :)

Just curious. :) I've only seen about four or five others planning that far ahead at this point, so I know it's probably not practical yet, but I still check for them about once a week just in case! Is there a set time when they change over?
