I'm getting weird and emotional ever since invitations went out a couple of weeks ago. So far we've received two gifts, one of which was an off-registry gift. I would be pissy...but it was monogrammed towels from Neiman's. :D When do the gifts start rolling in? That sounds terrible of me, but I'm beginning to notice how much stuff we need now that we've settled into our apartment.

I would say soon! We got alot of gifts within a month of mailing the invitations. Then it got slower until probably a week or two before the wedding we got a ton. And obviously a lot of people brought their gifts instead of mailing them :)

We got a lot of gifts about 2-3 months out from the wedding but we had a lot of people that didn't come. I think that if the gifts are smaller and can be transported easily, a lot of people will bring them to the wedding (they did for us). We only got a few things after the wedding, but those were mostly gift cards and checks.
