When do you start getting cm after af?

I’ve gotten it as early as CD6 or CD8. This cycle I had ewcm from CD8-11 and think I ovulated on CD11 or 12 so it’ll be about a 26 day cycle for me which is what I had last month. I went off HBC in January and am still figuring out my normal is as each cycle has been different. I think you get ewcm leading up to ovulation. You can ovulate as early as CD7. So maybe you are going to have a short cycle this time. It could be going back to what you had before, it’s hard to know. The best advice I can give you is to BD when you see ewcm as that’s your most fertile fluid and can help keep sperm alive until you ovulate.

I only really figured stuff out this cycle, but I can tell you about it:

about a week after AF I started to get stringy/sticky CM, as my cycle continued my CM water content went up and became EWCM for 4 or 5 days, then right around ovulation the water content was so high that it fell into the watery category, then immediately after ovulation I’m back to stringy/sticky.

tm6173 :  oh totally, if i don’t get up in that pool (glad it’s not just me) I can’t tell what type of CM I have at all–except for on watery days, that um.. travels.

can CM fluctuate? Some months my CM changing is obvious and some months i have hardly any, which makes it hard to predict my fertile days.

I’m on cd6 & have sticky cm. By cd9-10 I will have fertile, watery or ew cm & my peak day is between cd13-15.

Following. On CD 7/8 immediately after AF was over and spotting seemed to cease I had heaps of tinted EWCM, and on CD9 I’m still feeling pretty wet. I’ve read that this could mean an estrogen dominance, which with my hormones by Cybil, wouldn’t shock me at all…

tm6173 :  It’s kinda funny how my  perceptions of periods have changed.   my entire life I’ve hated having periods & wished I was one of the “lucky ones” that went well over 28 days before having a period. Now that I’m ttc, I wish I was one of those that had shorter periods so I’d have more chances to get pregnant.

tm6173 :  I almost always have something going on, too. It’s been that way forever so I’ve just gotten used to it. My friend recommended the rePhresh probiotic tablet. I started taking it a few weeks ago. It’s supposed to help keep your yeast and everything in check. It’s helped her steer clear of recurring BV and yeast infections for years. She said the one time she stopped taking it because her supply ran out, she got an infection. I think some people just naturally produce more yeast and CM. *shrug* Interestingly enough, I have a couple of friends who swear by going commando. I thought I would NEVER since I always seem to have some kind of CM, but, I did it most of last summer and I’ll be damned if my vajay didn’t seem the happiest little clam it’s ever been. Nowadays I usually only wear undies under my jeans and dresses, but if I’m around the house or it’s bed time, those suckers are outta here!

Is anyone always wet? I feel like more days than not I am always watery down there. Sorry if TMI. I had EWCM once since quitting BC in January and that was months ago. Most days it’s watery.
