That’s about when I do it.   I know a lot of people who wait til Epiphany (Jan 6th)

I will be taking mine down New Year’s day most likely.  Or a day or two after that.  My work schedule is all screwy so I will be procrastinating, I’m sure.

There is a part of me that says I really should leave it up until January 6, but I almost always cave and take it down New Year’s Day.  We get a real tree, so by then it looks pretty ratty — and since we both have the day off from work, it’s the perfect time to take it down.

January 6th is usually the day (especially this year since I didn’t get it up until the 18th due to the flu).

We usually take our tree down a few days before New Years. I actually took our tree down today.

I am trying to decide whether we want to leave it up for our NYE party.  It is pretty, but since so many people RSVPed yes, the extra space would be nice, and then we could strong the lights on the balcony.  (I’m clearly leaning towards taking it down hehe)

Usually around New Years. My mom leaves hers up until the Epiphany. We have a real tree though, and have had it since Black Friday, it’s loosing so many needles now! Darling Husband wants to leave it up until the 1st though, so we will.  🙂

Well, most years, it would be New Years Day. But this year some weird circumstances led to us putting up our tree on Halloween. So it came down promptly on Christmas day this year.
