At the breastfeeding class I went to, the LC said that when you're sick, it's better to continue breastfeeding since you will pass on the resistance to the baby, instead of leaving him/her to fend for him/herself against the illness. I remember watching a video with a mom breastfeeding while she was blowing her nose..? Not an expert but that's what I was told.. feel better!

I feel like I'm developing a mild cold. I'm exclusively breastfeeding. Are there any medical bees out there who can advise about how well protected my daughter might be against anything I'm developing, or any specific precautions I should take?
Many thanks.
