You don't even have to wait until morning to test. Just hold your urine at least 3-4 hours if possible and test today. Since you are past your period due date, you could get a positive reading now. Most pregnancy tests are 99% accurate by the 1st day of missed period. So, since you are two days late, the test should be pretty accurate.
Yup, I'd take the test in the morning. I waited until my period was more than a few days late, but that was just me. My period wasn't always regular so I didn't want to jump the gun. Good luck!!
I tested positive a day or two after my missed period (my cycle varies). So I'd say go for it unless you're more comfortable waiting.

you can totally just hold it for a few hours, the key is to not over drink fluids so that you dilute the urine and the hormone the test looks for. Thats why the rec first thing in the morning.
I took mine the exact day my period was due. It hadn't shown up by 10 pm so I tested and voila!

I'm just SUPER nervous. If I test today and it's negative I will be heart broken. I mean this isnt planned but if it happens we would be ecsatic!
Oh, I remember that fear of testing right away and how disappointing the negative was! My cycle was very regular, so when the day came and went with no period, I was pretty sure that was it, but had one experience before when I tested when it was a little less than a day late and then I started like two hours later. Cruel!! This time around I tested the next day, and positive it was :) I bought a First Response, which supposedly can detect even before your period is late... and I tested in the evening after supper and still it was accurate. If you're already two days (almost three!) late, I would do it tomorrow morning .... keep us posted and good luck!!!
I *totally* just went through this a few months ago! You can test pretty much now. I think I took a test 4 or 5 days later, and it was neg, and then I waited another 3 days to take another one, and it was neg. Fortunately Aunt Flow was just super late. But good luck either way!! Keep us posted!

AF has not made an appearance yet but I am still getting cramps so maybe she is taking a detour. LOL
I have not tested yet. I am going to wait until the end of the week to test. I will keep everyone posted!
My gosh you have patience! I think I tested at least three times until I got my positive (and have tested since haha). Thank goodness for cheap test strips.

take a test?
My period was due on the 26th. I've had cramps, back ache and my boobs are sore but I usually experience this with PMS. When do you ladies think I should test? I kind of want to test today but I also want to wait until the end of the week to see if my period comes...
Any advice??
