I think the back of a few wedding magazines like Martha Steward Weddings have a handy timeline as well.

Martha has a pretty good one in the back of every Weddings magazine. I have a PDF of it, PM if you’d like a copy. 🙂 I’d email it to you, but you don’t have an email in your profile.

I had that problem too Francine.  The link when you click on it adds some additional characters at the end.  It added /%C2%A0 when I clicked on it.  If you take those out of the address line, it will work.
