I am making chocolate seashells for my wedding favors and want to get them done as early as possible. I am using wilton chocolate wafers for them.
How early can I start making them?

@missjewels: I would make a test batch and see how long they store for. Mark the date that you made them and then try one each week. I did this for my favors and sweet & salty buffet. I used candy coating (not wilton’s though) for the cake pops I made, and those kept easily for 2 weeks in the frige. Hope this helps 🙂
