Definitely after; I'm pretty sure I read in one of the etiquette books that you technically give them to the MOH to mail immediately after the wedidng (assuming you're going on a honeymoon right after; otherwise, you could mail them yourself!)
Definitely after the wedding. Otherwise it looks a bit like "we're getting married, you aren't invited, but you can still send us a gift".
Where as after it's more of a, "Just wanted to let you know we got married!"

What is proper etiquette to send wedding announcements to folks who are not invited to the wedding but you would like to notify? Before or after the wedding? How long before or after? Thanks!
