First, congrats!!! Two very exciting life events in one year! That's awesome! Second, it all depends on what type of dress you want to buy and where you buy it. If you can find something from a department store (think JCrew, White House Black Market, Nordstrom, Neimans, Saks) you could buy it off the rack last minute and get alterations as needed by a local tailor/seamstress in very little time. However, if you're going shopping at a bridal shop, you might have some trouble unless you go with some place like David's Bridal or a place that will sell you the sample. I would almost recommend waiting. You never know how your body will change with pregnancy...AND you never know how your budget will change either!! Good luck!

i would say shop now so you know what type of style you want and then after the baby oi born you can try on those types of dresses to see if they will look ok then purchase...
