Right now I'm getting Supernatural on Netflix. My usual standbys are Friends, Gilmore Girls, or Smallville.
i watch Roseanne and surf the web almost always in weddingbee
I like to take a hot bath, or else catch up on blogs. Tonight I'm snuggling with our kitties, too, and trying not to think about the cute little dog we didn't get to adopt.
I love that we're all in our different areas of the US, watching TV and playing on weddingbee :)
I've never seen Supernatural or Smallville. However, previews of Supernatural always makes me think of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which was one of my favorite shows in high school. I recently found that it's in syndication on the Logo network, which I am loving!
@lilyfaith - boo or yay about not adopting the dog? I've been having serious puppy itch. I want us to get one so bad, but it's not conducive to our lifestyle right now.
I remember that in the commentary, the people who created Supernatural were inspired by Buffy!
other than the bee?!?! you girls are crazy! I am all over the place as it is, I dont think the tv distraction would help my cause. hhaa.
I just have to say though that Friends and GREYS ANATOMY are on when the tv happens to be on :)
@Miss AsB - Maybe I should check it out then! If it's similiar to Buffy, I don't see why I wouldn't like it . . . Gilmore Girls is definitely a good late night show for me. Nice and fluffy and not too much to think about!
@Babeeshoop - what are you doing then, girl? Just sitting there with your mind running here and there? That's why happens to me when I'm not watching my DVDs.
@ladygoodman - boo. :( there were multiple applications for her, and they went with the first one even though we were approved. We really had our hearts set on her specifically, and it's been strangely difficult to deal with. Probably partially because like you, it was not conducive to our lifestyle up until now.
By the way, I love Gilmore Girls!
@LadyGoodman--all I do is search and search and search a little more for random things for the wedding. It kinda helps to sit in the quiet and look just because I have to talk to people all day which kinda wears me out! I usually have about 6 windows open cruisin for something! And of course, im always waiting to pounce on something in the classifieds :) HAHA
I have a terrible cough and am trying to fall asleep to Sabrina the Teenage Witch. (don't judge..ha)
@lilyfaith: I'm sorry you didn't get the puppy. I'm sure there will be a perfect one later!
@lilyfaith - sorry to hear about that :-( But hey, when it's meant to happen, it will. At least you have your kitties to lay with!
I spend M, T & Th without my fiance, so I would love a puppy to keep me company. However, we spend most of our weekends and days toegther running around. I don't think we could give a puppy the time it deserves on the days we do spend together.
@Lizabeth Lou: I really want to watch Sabrina the Teenage Witch from the beginning again. I watched it back when it was on but can not remember it for the life of me!
I have been watching it on Surf the Channel. I am obsessed with having a talking cat. I DVR it everyday, its on ABC Family.
I just checked on Netflix and they carry it, so it's going in my Queue!
@Babeeshoop - I make myself stop thinking about my wedding at night or else I will never stop thinking about it. I'm fine on Weddingbee, as long as I'm not thinking about mine.
@Lizabeth Lou - My fiance always snickers a bit when he walks in on me watching shows like Sabrina. But, it reminds me of TGIF night when I was younger, so I still get joy out of it. I remember watching up to when they brought in Soliel Moon Frye and the girl who played Amber in Clueless.
its 1115 where i live...and i cannot sleep so i am eating a big bag of popcorn all by myself and hanging out with my doggie otis and my kitty blizzard and watching Kendra...ahhhhhh love it! I am off tomorrow, so staying up late isnt a big deal for me.
I am usually on the bee until the wee hours of the night. Then I go to bed and lay there until I fall asleep. I only sleep well when FH is here visiting or when I am at my parents' house. I guess I sleep better when I have company.
It's not too late where I live, but I'm surfing the net and watching Celebrity Apprentice. :)
Im usually in bed on the bee with the t.v off then pop in a dvd to fall asleep to : )
When I can't sleep, which is quite often, I'm just watching TV and fiddling around on the internet, which is better than laying in bed looking at the ceiling and hoping for the sleepiness to come to me. What I should do when I can't sleep is work on my thesis, since that would be a good use of time, but I figure it's best to not do that because even though I can't sleep I *am* tired, and therefore my brain is in no condition to be thinking about physics.
It depends. If FI is still up and doing stuff, then I'm usually on the net planning stuff for the wedding or talking to friends and the like. If he's trying to sleep I'll either lay there until I finally fall asleep or a lot of the time I will work on a cutesy craft project that I can get done in a night or sometimes if I'm not able to sleep cause I wake up too early I'll go bake stuff.
Well, I can sleep... I just on the damn computer doing sorry, stupid stuff.... facebook, email, (sorry about this) weddingbee. I shoud be doing homework.
I should go to bed because I do have to go to work in 6 ish hours.
I usually fiddle around with the computer until I get bored or tired. I am getting tired and I'm trying to figure why I'm still on the computer.
Then again, I just posted about 3 new threads on here.
Anyway, I'm getting tired, I'm going to bed. G'night all!
If I'm not tooling around on the interwebz I usually bake goodies, read a book, or if I am really desperate for zzzzz's I'll play some of Fi's video games.

What do you do on these late nights when you're wide awake and can't sleep?
Other than hanging out on the bee, I've taken to watching TV show DVDs that my fiance has gotten me for various Christmases. I'm almost finished season 2 of How I Met Your Mother. When I'm done HIMYM, I'm going to most likely move onto Arrested Development, Freaks and Geeks or Deadwood.
How about you? What are you doing late at night?
