I've got a lot of plans! I think I have everything together, then I change my mind on everything! There's something about it being a year away that has me feeling like I don't have to be locked in on everything :).
@ BunniTrulove - Yay for date twins!!! We've got a decent bit planned, I keep going back and forth between ideas but I'm feeling the same way, like I've got plenty of time. But then again, I have a feeling this year is going to fly by!!

gionetto!!! we are wedding date twinners!!!!!! i'm pretty sure your wedding will be MUCH more interesting than mine.
I live in TX (with FI) but I'm originally from Vegas. So we will be having it back there but not like a "Vegas" Style wedding. There will be no Elvis, no casinos...Not that theres anything wrong with that. Just not for me.

I am 1/15/11 and as far a theme its well things I think are pretty ahahaha no its coming along now but I need to get on the ball because we will be visiting the fiancees family for two months in Sweden this summer!!

1/16/11 in Philly. No theme, just trying to make it elegant and classy. Its pretty much all planned minus small details like transportation and the actual menu. Its a little too far away for that.

I met my fiancee on 1/11/08, we got engaged on 1/11/10, so the date was only natural. Even more exciting, my birth number is an 11 and I was born on 8/11. I'm not SUPER into all the astrology/numerology stuff, but I had a psychic once tell me this means I'm a double 11 so 11 has particular power for me. Here's an interesting article about 11:

I'm VERY big on balance in my life, like the article says, and good things happening on the 11th seems to be a theme in my life. (See above paragraph, haha!) Plus 1 means new beginnings...so two double ones plus the first month...it totally fits.
I just reserved our honeymoon cruise, from 1/12-1/22. WAY excited today!
@bailie I told him to pick either the 22nd or the 15th. He picked the 15th because it's a 3-day weekend! Haha!

I am new to boards, mainly because I just got engaged last week. My date is not yet set, however we are leaning towards 01/01/2011 or 01/08/2011.
Before April is over, I want to get my dress, I feel a little behind on the schedule already.
