I'm acutally the night before - getting married this Friday night. As in.. THIS FRIDAY NIGHT. haha. I'm excited. Still have to do all the centerpieces, etc, but let's get the show on the road already. I want to go on my honeymoon!
I AM SO EXCITED!!! I took the rest of the week off and am sitting on my living room floor with my sister finishing projects :) I've had to abandon some crafty stuff, but the end is in sight. Once Friday comes it's smooth sailing, we've got a spa day planned, then the wedding Saturday, then JAMAICA! YAAAY!! Can't believe I'm not more stressed - must be the Rescue Remedy lol
@allisonc:Yes, must be the rescue remedy! i have been drinking it like vodka...haha! i have 1 more day of work then i start the process of getting to the Cape, setting up the house, nails, Friday night w/my girls and my mom and praying for a good night sleep! My system is wound up...everyone at work is talking about it and hugging me and it's lovely to be loved and wished well. I still have to do my table cards (note to self: get the pen!) and I just received my floating candles for the pool! The weather is due to be perfect with 0% percipitation and all day sun! What more could a bride ask for?

I am 10/10/10, but still soooo close!!! It almost feels unreal! Last night was the first time I layed there and worried about all of the little things that I should have done differently!

@somerset14 I am also getting married on the Cape- in Buzzards Bay on 10.10.10 we leave on Thursday and tomorrow is our big day to get all the NYC work done. I can't believe it is this weekend. I am surprised how calm I have been. I am expecting the cray cray to hit real hard around the 9th. oooo boy! Cant wait!

First things First....Dr. Bach's Rescue Remedy, http://www.rescueremedy.com/ for a natural way to calm the "f" down! There is also a sleep formula that will literally stop obsessive thoughts immediately! I will be guzzling that friday night!
I am so unconcerned with what can go wrong...why would you want to put that energy out there? Think about all that will go right and why we are getting married. The details and the vendors and the friends will all be there for us to get it right and if it's not, so what...aside from catastrophies....right?
When I am getting the pounding heart through my chest moments, it's about walking toward my love to marry him! It's about seeing the faces of the people who love me and have waited forever for me to meet this man and get married. I am a crier, so I worry about that. I worry about not being able to clearly say my vows without blubbering! I am also singing to my husband and I pray I get through it without choking on the lyrics!
I must say that I feel really good, peaceful and ecstatic that not only am I going to a wedding this weekend, but I'm going to MY WEDDING!

@somerset - I saw the 10-day forecast on channel 5 last night and thought of you! I was like "yay for no precipitation!" Middletown Ct has a similar forecast. *fistpump*
@ten.ten.ten - it is this all-natural stuff @somerset14 recommended. It is a "natural stress reliever" I bought a two pack - rescue remedy and rescue remedy sleep, which is supposed to help with relaxation and "repetitive thoughts" I don't know if it's psychosomatic or what, but the stuff seems to help!
@KimbJJ - I hear you on the "I am surprised by my calmness" - maybe there won't be any crazy?! lol

The weekend weather forecast here is looking awesome - high 60s and sunny! The first part of this week has been miserable (cold, rainy) but it's all supposed to clear up in a day. I have to work tomorrow and then i'm done for 2 weeks! It's unbelievable - i've never had that long of a break from work haha! Punta Cana - here we come!
I hit crazy mode this morning! I am 10/10/10..trying not to have a spazz attack! My vacation starts tomorrow @ 5pm and my best friend will be here! I hoping she's my rescue remedy!
I had a bit of a panic attack last night- but I'm fine (for the moment). I find myself walking around kind of unable to focus on what I should be doing! The first of my out of town relatives arrived today- so that is fun! I find a perma-smile always on my face the last couple days!

I have been here all week finalizing. Lots to do tonight. Still trying to find a videographer since some budget eased up. My fiance is really under the weather--possible surgery next week so I am praying he feels OK...
The forecest in the northeast keeps changing somewhat but on the whole it looks fantastic and DRY! We are becoming ducks Quack Quack!
Today is my last day of work, the last day I will be seen as my single self to all of my work peeps! The ladies are taking me to a nice lunch and a cocktail! Tomorrow is my pedi then I head down the Cape for the beginning of all of the festivities!
I am on the verge of tears and have in fact cried a few times already from people's joy for me and my FH!

Well, i just got some added (good) stress yesterday. I am interviewing for a new position at work! They are interviewing everyone else on Thursday but fit me in for today b/c it's my last day before vacation. I found out about this last night and have been freaking out every since LOL. I am sooooooo nervous!!!

We're good, just one issue...my groom is sick! He woke up with a sore throat and stuffed up and basically feels terrible. He's been sucking on cough drops all day and I just made him take Zycam. I sure hope he feels better soon. Not sure if it's severe allergies or a cold or what.
Working on final little projects right now--like cards to identify different tea sandwiches at the reception. Maid of Honor is on her way up driving from NJ, and my sweetie just took off with his guy pals to pick up the tuxes. We do need to get all the wedding stuff organized into boxes in the next day, right now it's all there but scattered about the living room and various closets. *Sigh.* Am I the only one that looks forward to having a normal looking living space again?
Our weather forecast is 62 and mostly sunny. =-) After days and days of rain, the sky has finally brightened and we're getting lots of drying wind right now. Hooray!
I am excited! I had a little breakdown when my cousin wrote today to tell me she and her boyfriend are not coming. And not for a legit reason...but there's nothing I can do. So many people from out of town are not coming, and I think I'm taking it more personally than perhaps I should. This week has been so stressful. I'm ready to get married now and drink beer! In that order!
