I’ve decided I want to lose 15lbs before I try on dresses. (My wedding is May 2015). By no means am I big, people still consider me skinny. I’m 5’4 and now weight 130lbs. It’s not the number so much as the way I feel. I carry it around my midsection and don’t feel comfortable with the way I look anymore.
I’ve tried changing my eating habits but that doesn’t seem to working. (I crave a lot of junk food, esp chocolate). I am like the snickers commercial with Aretha Franklin, I swear my sugar drops and so does my mood.
I am a mom of 2 girls, 7 & 3. I work a full time job outside the home. I normally wake up at 530am and I am out the door at 7am. I get home at about 6pm. Usually, I am exhausted when the girls go to bed about 8-830.
How do the mommy’s find time to workout? I have considered waking up a little earlier and run or take our dog for a walk but I get nervous walking by myself in the city.
