Weddingbee boards

We are getting married Nov. 1, 2008 in Annapolis.  I did a lot of planning earlier this year to book the venue (pintail yatchs) and we sent the invites out super early since most of our quests need to make travel plans.  I also booked photog and bought a dress, then did absolutley nothing all summer long.  Just last week my fiance realized, Hey we are getting married soon! and his new interest in the wedding plans got us moving again.  Just last week we bought him a new suit for the wedding and ordered our cake.  We are getting our cake through Graul's Market in Annapolis.  We also bought our wedding bands, and I took my dress in for a fitting. I bought a dress off the rack at a department store, and it just needs a little tweaking in the fit.

I do need to point out that the fiance's renewed interest in the planning process was less, "let's get to work", and more "you need to get to work".  That did not go over well with me, and he has since apologized and has been helping with the rehearsal dinner plans.  I made him help me with addressing the invitations for the RD, and I think it finally dawned on him just how much work went into the DIY invitations that I did. 

We are having the RD on Halloween (since the wedding is Nov. 1st), so we are doing a halloween, costume party thing.  Very excited about the costume party.
