I think it was a fluke, but I found my vases at a place called “Dollar Bell” a privately owned “Dollar type store” just around the block from my house!  You never know what  you’ll find in places! Amazed me! 21 inch tall cylinder vases for $5.99/each AWESOME!

I got my tealights at World Market, they are 6 hour tealights, got a 100pk for like $4.99 I think!

I love bargain shopping!

Best of Luck!

@MrsNeutrino: That look is awesome! =) Well definitely check out ALL your local discounter stores or anything with the word “Dollar” in it!  Wiat your in LA?! Garment District much?! LA Flower Mart?!

http://www.laflowerdistrict.com/

They are only open on certain days to the public! Heard you can find killer vase deals!

If you dont find pre-frosted vases, im sure you could DIY =) Best of Luck!

I got mine from the dollar tree webstie, 6.5″ hurricanes for $1 each is what I got, there’s other nice styles too, and surprisingly they’re real glass not plastic!

I love Dollar Tree too! Save-on-crafts is also a good site… they have a ton of really high-quality items.

goodwill, dollar store, yard sales, wherever I can get stuff for the least amount of money.

Also going ot borrow from family and friends.  I need to not use glass though as my venue is a park.  I will be using alot of tin cans, converted plastic water bottles, wooden wine boxes, etc…  I am also making all of my flowers out of paper.  so I can just throw them away….  or people can take them if they want them, i dont care.

but yea, never unerestimate your local thrift store:)

I bought my candles from quickcandles.com, they were the best price I found.. they haven’t come in yet though so I can’t comment on quality

Do you have an Ikea in your area? That would be a great place to look.

@kingytobe: I purchased candles from quickcandles and they are great!  I bought the unscented 10-hour votives and tested them for 10 hours straight.  I think they would have burned for 12 if I was willing to stay awake for two more hours.  They burned clean and did not leave black soot on the glass votive 🙂  I highly recommend for both price and quality!!!

I got all my centerpiece glasswear from the Dollar Tree.  Candles came from quickcandles (through Amazon), and they are great! Very affordable.
