I was sooooo in love with that gown when I found that image. It's by Pnina Tornai and she is exclusively at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York.
I actually went to New York a year and a half ago to go try her dresses on and I got to try on this coveted gown. But it goes for $20,000. D: /horror
It's also VERY large and difficult to walk in, if that helps ease the pain of the price tag.
I tried on her other gorgeous designs, she's definitely my favorite designer. But the prices start just under $6k.

Thank you for letting me know! I was getting pretty hopeless since no one had any idea. That price tag is a shock .. actually, no it isn't .. I was expecting that but had some secret hope that it would be more affordable. It is a relief to hear that it is large and difficult to walk in .. hehhe.
pnina tornai's trademark is a certain type of corset-back (like maggie sottero). i'm not sure if that's what the back of this gown is, though. I wore a pnina for my wedding (also purchased at kleinfeld); they carry a lot of straight-off-the-runway sample gowns that are sometimes never released, but are sold at the sample price! worth a shot if you are in the area...
What an amazing dress!
If you're really interested in the style, it made me think of Mary's Bridal. I love their dresses, but ended up going with something else.
Maybe try these? The MSRP is a little more palatable than $20K!
I've never understood the appearl of Pnina gowns. Over half of her dresses have sheer bodices - why would a bride want to display her mid-drift at her wedding? And every Say Yes to the Dress (at least that I've seen) features a bride trying on a dress that is essentially a bikini top with a giant skirt. I just don't get it.
I took a look at her website. I also wasn't fond of the sheer bodices design but to each their own. I do love that gown I posted though but probably a little too elaborate for me. Too short to carry it off.

Hi All,
This is my first post and I really enjoy reading weddingbee (have been reading it for years). Anyways, I have this photo of a dress sitting in my hard drive but I have no idea where it came from. Can anyone identify the designer?
Thanks!
