You might want to check at home improvement stores, like Lowes or Home Depot. I know they usually have lights around the holidays, but I'm not sure if they'd have them now.  Might be worth a shot.

I work at Home Depot, and I can tell you that we most definitely do NOT have Xmas lights right now. Pretty sure Lowe's doesn't either.

Have you asked everyone you know?  This time of year borrowing from friends and family's Christmas stashes is probably the easiest way to find them.

Rent some from a church- many have huge stashes for Christmas village decorating.

Walmart has them in the wedding/craft section.

Well, there is Save On Crafts, but they seem a bit pricy, ya know? Christmas Lights, Etc. seems to have semi-decent prices, but I've never purchsed from them myself.

I just ordered larger round lights for around the perimeter of our tent from www.noveltylights.com and their prices were GREAT. They also shipped the same day that I placed the order. I had originally planned to order from christmaslightsetc but they ended up being sold out of what I needed (plus their prices were higher than noveltylights).

    Good luck!

You might try eBay.  They have a lot at all seasons of the year.

Check out Target too. I just saw that they had a bunch of different sized white lights there. Not sure about the prices though.

1000bulbs.com is also a good website to buy Christmas lights, and they have brown, green, and white stringed ones if you are looking for a certain kind. I think it was 46 feet for $11?

Michael's and Hobby Lobby have them. They call them 'Bridal Lights' i think, but they are essentially white christmas lights

There are a couple online bulb stores that carry them year round.  The prices aren't too bad (similar to paying full price during the holidays).
