I’ve decided to start doing some aquacise and water fitness at the rec center which I’ve never done before. I was all set to go today when I realized I don’t have anything appropriate to wear! My only bathingsuits are 2 pieces that I’m pretty sure my boobs would fall out of on the first bounce.
Where can I find a basic one piece (cheap) this time of year? I don’t really want to wait for shipping so somewhere that I can just go buy one and try it on would be good.

WalMart, Target, Old Navy, Sears.

target has their swimsuits out already.

If you have a red card with Target, the shipping will be free.

Almost all the larger stores still have bathing suits out- many at clearance prices- WalMart, Old Navy, The Bay, Sears etc

@Olive27: Hi! I was facing this exact quandary recently. I tried sport check, target, the bay… Couldn’t find anything! I ended up going to swimco, which wasn’t as pricey as I thought it would be. I bought a basic one piece for $60 or $65. They also had some really nice ones on sale for $40ish, but none of them were the right size. Then yesterday I was at sport check looking for a new swim cap, and they had a few one piece suits that weren’t there last month. (I’m in calgary.)
I recently started swimming. At first, I just wore a two piece and it was awful! You are going to love having a one piece. 🙂 Good luck!

Another vote for Sears or WalMart.
At this time of year, WalMart traditionally is carrying ho-hum stuff a lot left over from last season.
NICE NOT EXPENSIVE
Whereas, Sears typically will be putting out their “Cruise Wear” now or shortly… and that means a lot nicer grouping to choose from… many that offer mix n match pieces, sarong wraps, cover-ups, skirts, matching beach towels etc.
Sporting Goods Stores and Bikini or Lingerie Stores.
Hope this helps,
