All our guys went to MW Tux (it's a branch of Men's Warehouse). Here are pics of my husband, his cousin, and his dad.

We are going to do Mens Wearhouse also. It was super convienent because we could pick all of the tux pieces and then the guys can go to any Mens Wearhouse and get fitted. This will help since our GM are a little spread out across Cali.
ok i c...thats where we're going to but i wasn't for sure how widespread they were...they're going to get fitted today.....i'm taking my cam...ha ha
I think that Men's Warehouse is pretty widespread. We were able to find locations in Colorado, Virginia, and New Mexico.
wow...does anybody remember gingiss formal wear...what the heck ever happened to them?
Never heard of them. They may have been bought our by another company.
yea maybe cuz they were it place for tuxs here for a long time...then all of a sudden poof they were gone...come to think of it mens warehouse might have bought them cuz all the places they were are now a mens warehouse...ha ha
Hmm very possible. I really liked our experience with Men's Warehouse though. The prices were reasonable and the service was really great!
well thats really good to know...seeing as tho we're going there today. thanx for that vote of confidence.
i can't wait to see him and my baby boy in a tux...i may just cry!
i suck! i know!
Gingiss was acquired, along with several other large companies, by a venture capitalist group that renamed the whole thing After Hours and sold it to May Department Stores, which also owned David's Bridal. When they went under they were bought by Mens Wearhouse, which renamed the stores MW Tux.
Just so everyone knows, your guys that live in different parts of the country can go to any local tux shop and get measured for free; it's something all independent formalwear specialists do for each other. If you like the idea of using a local tux shop that carries its own inventory and allows you to actually try things on, the fact that they don't have a location in every city in the country shouldn't be a deterrent.
thanx mrformalaz.....great info...you must work for them? lol
My husband had a custom bespoke tuxedo made with tails and a white piqué vest. Not the common choice, I know.
do you have pics cheerful?
o and the tux fitting went great today. i cried seeing my fiancee and our baby boy in tuxs! they looked to handsome.
i suck. i know. lol,
@msmonicka: No, just been in the business for a long, long time. It's a small industry, news travels :-)
@mrformalaz....well i kinda figured mw had bought them cuz everywhere gingiss used to be...a mw popped up.
