I didn't use them for a wedding, but for a fundraiser (50's style) for the SPCA I work for, and we bought a whole bunch from www.papermart.com the prices were reasonable and you can buy it in bulk in alot of colors. We got the Premium Paper Pastel Medley.
the paper was decent quality (I don't know much about tissue paper) and we had PLENTY. We got about 3-4 packs and made about 50 poms of all different sizes, the delivery was quick too!

not a great picture, but we also had about 3-4 half poms on the tables.
I bought mine at Michael's - their packs of white tissue paper were pretty inexpensive and are working for me just fine!
I, too, bought from PaperMart.com, and was very happy with what I got.
I bought mine at Nashville Wraps - they had the best color selection, and were actually cheaper. I honestly think that the quality is better too, which makes it easier to fold AND has a richer texture.

I'm hoping to make a bunch of tissue poms for our wedding and I'm looking for any suggestions on where to buy the tissue. Did you buy it in bulk online? from a local store?
Thanks!!
